Strength and Conditioning

Mixing a fully instructed strength session with a circuit style workout, this class is the bread and butter of the Mythos experience. Monday-Thursday follows this format.

Cardio and Core

This Friday workout combines challenging cardio intervals with high repetition core. Taking away the weights gives your ligaments a break while still getting a great workout.

Team Style Saturday

Saturdays are for teams. These longer style workouts include pairing up with a friend or a group of 3 and attacking a big challenging workout together. This is our most popular day and is a great way to make friends.

Starting Steps (First 40 Days)

Starting Steps gets you introduced into the gym in the safest and most fun manner. This includes 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our professional coaches and an unlimited month bundled together. During these first 40 days you will get weekly check ins, two full goal meetings, and all the support you need to get started well.
Unlimited Classes + Journey System
$179/month
Unlimited Access to our classes (36 class times per week) along with personalized coaching and accountability under our proprietary Journey System. This includes monthly benchmarks and lifestyle habits to optimize your health.
9x Per Month + Journey System
$149/month
9 class credits per month (36 class times per week) along with personalized coaching and accountability under our proprietary Journey System. This includes monthly benchmarks and lifestyle habits to optimize your health.
